Customer fills in the application via website
We will contact the customer within 3 working days and verify the given information.
We arrange to send the application documents and the medical checkup coupon (only applicable to the Indonesian helper and purchase of our medical check up package) to the customer, the Indonesian helper can go for medical at the designated medical examination center in Tsuen Wan, Prince Edward or North Point. The medical report will be sent to the company.
Customer checks the content of documents, sign all the documents and send back with the attached envelope by a courier (Our company will pay for delivery fee)
After receiving all the documents from our clients, the application will be submitted to the Immigration Department within 8 weeks prior to the expiration of the foreign domestic helper's stay, and neither the client nor the domestic helper needs to be present during the application process. Generally, a new work visa can be approved for the domestic helper before the end of their current contract. Once the new work visa and contract are approved, we will send the new contract and the domestic helper's passport back to the client via express delivery.
